REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. For customers in the EU, this policy aligns with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which provides a 14-day right of withdrawal. PlushieStyle extends this timeframe to 30 days for all customers worldwide.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, including:
- Being unused and unworn (if applicable).
- Retaining all original tags.
- Preserving the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
How to Request a Return
Contact Information: Email plushiestyle@outlook.com with your order details and the reason for the return. For EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal, no specific reason is required.
Approval Process: Once the return is approved, PlushieStyle will provide:
- A return shipping label (if applicable).
- Detailed instructions for shipping the item back.
Refund Process
Inspection and Notification: After receiving the returned item, PlushieStyle will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval status.
Refund Timing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For EU customers, refunds will include the cost of standard delivery (if applicable) in accordance with EU regulations.
Rejection: Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions (e.g., damaged, used, or missing original packaging) will not qualify for a refund.
Special Cases and Replacements
Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item that is entirely different from what was ordered, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost. Evidence, such as photographs, may be required for verification.
Items Not Received: If your order has not arrived after 30 days (or the maximum delivery time specified at checkout), PlushieStyle will issue a free replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
PlushieStyle does not provide refunds for the following:
Dissatisfaction with Product: Examples include perceived differences in size, weight, or appearance. E.g., ordering a weighted plushie and feeling it’s not heavy enough, or a jacket not fitting as expected.
Final Sale Items: All sales marked as final are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Customers in the EU are entitled to the following additional rights:
Right of Withdrawal: EU customers may cancel their order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item. The cost of standard delivery (if paid) will be refunded as part of this process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
